These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of abilitywars.wiki (the "Site"), operated as an independent fan wiki for the Roblox experience Ability Wars. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About This Website

abilitywars.wiki is an unofficial community resource providing guides, tier lists, tools, and reference material related to Ability Wars. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, the Ability Wars developer (Bepsi / Checkeniscool), or any related rights holders. Game names, trademarks, and assets referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners.

Information on the Site is provided for general educational purposes. Game mechanics, ability stats, badge requirements, and reward systems may change without notice when the developer releases updates. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that any page reflects the current live game state at all times.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

The Site does not require user registration to read content. If you contact us, subscribe to newsletters, or use interactive features that collect information, you represent that you are at least thirteen (13) years of age or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to data processing, and that any information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any device or network you use to access the Site. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your device resulting from your actions, including downloading third-party software linked or discussed in wiki content such as script documentation.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or related systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content at a rate that degrades service for other users
  • Reproduce substantial portions of the Site for commercial redistribution without written permission
  • Submit false, misleading, or malicious information through any contact or feedback channel
  • Use the Site to distribute malware, phishing links, or exploit software
  • Impersonate the Site operators, Roblox staff, or Ability Wars developers

We reserve the right to restrict access to any user or IP address that violates these rules or threatens Site integrity.

4. Intellectual Property

Original text, layout, tool implementations, and compilation of game data on the Site are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may share links to individual pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not republish full guides, tier lists, or tool outputs as if they were your own work without permission.

Roblox and Ability Wars game content referenced in guides remains the property of the respective rights holders. Our use is intended as fair nominative reference to help players understand an existing game. If you are a rights holder and believe content infringes your rights, contact us with details and we will review promptly.

5. Third-Party Links and Scripts

The Site may link to external resources including the official Ability Wars Trello board, Roblox game pages, and community repositories. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

Pages documenting game scripts or exploits are informational. Using third-party scripts violates Roblox Terms of Use and may result in account penalties. We do not operate script hosts, sell keys, or provide executors. Any decision to use scripts is solely your responsibility.

6. Tools and Calculators

Interactive tools such as the Punch Planner provide estimates based on static game data. Results are not guaranteed to match in-game menus after balance patches. Tools are provided "as is" without warranty. Do not rely on calculator output as the sole basis for financial decisions involving Robux or game passes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE OPERATORS AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR ROBLOX ACCOUNT ACCESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us directly for access to the Site in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) ten United States dollars (USD $10). The Site is free to use; therefore typical claims are limited to USD $10 unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site operators, contributors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may also be noted in the Site footer or homepage when practical.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
